1. Pre-heated Cremation System

Pre-heated cremation systems are designed to perform consistently for years to come. The cremator is preheated and maintained at more than 700℃ so to cremate using recuperated heat most of the time. We use pre-heat cremation because cold furnace systems are known to create higher emissions due to the extended time required to reach optimal temperature. Moreover, pre-heated cremation system ensures longevity since cold furnance systems typically have a shorter cremator service life due to the expansion and contraction of the fire brick materials. Owing to the preheating system, the cremation of one cadaver can be completed within 90 minutes. This system significantly reduces the amount of emissions produced during their operation, and ensures steady and reliable function for clients to use over long periods of time.

2. Insertion Wagons

TABO provides accessories for its cremation systems including one level and two level insertion wagons. These are installed on rails ensuring that the casket is in the proper position at all times. TABO has installed more than 500 rail type insertion wagons which are still used in operation. This is a testament to the quality in which TABO manufactures its accessories and their lifetime usage. These accessories are low in maintenance and easy to operate because of its solid and reliable design, therefore less service to use in comparison to other types of insertion wagons.

3. Energy Save Fuel Consumption

The cremator can be operated around the clock,  and henceforth, reducing fuel consumption by 50%. In 1999, after the catastrophic earth quake in Taiwan,  Tabo cremators had been a significant help when the government needed to continuously cremate thousands of corps in the shortest period. Despite the 24 hour continuous operation, the TABO cremator fuel/gas consumption is significantly lower than many competitors. In the perspective of long term operation, the overall cost saved on energy, maintenance and  fuel consumption serves to be the greatest advantage of choosing TABO solutions for your funeral center.
